Our client, an expanding, niche travel organisation are looking for a highly creative and ambitious Social Media Executive to join their growing marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity in which you’ll be responsible for managing and growing our client’s social media presence across multiple platforms, supporting their brand’s vision and objectives.

This role can be office/hybrid based in the Birmingham area, or fully remote. In return, our client can offer a salary circa £25k, plus excellent benefits.

Role of Social Media Executive:
* Develop and schedule creative, on-brand and engaging content in order to drive reach and engagement
* Write compelling copy
* Ownership & maintenance of the social media content scheduling platform
* Respond promptly to online messages received by the business
* Manage and grow online community
* Monitor competitor social media activities and campaigns
* Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaign ideas
* Track and monitor campaign progress and performance
* Use analytics tools to track engagement, reach and growth
* Support with coordination of influencer campaigns and partnerships
Skills required for the role
* Proven experience managing social media platforms for a B2C brand or agency
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content and engagement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone and brand voice.
* Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
* Highly creative mindset
* Degree in Marketing or similar qualification
