Would you like to join a growing creative agency known for delivering innovative strategy, storytelling, and results? The agency partners with a range of exciting clients, predominantly in the B2B space, helping clients unlock the power of content and social to drive real results.
As the agency continues to grow, the business is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead social across both our client accounts and the agency's channels. You will join a team of thinkers, creators, and doers who value autonomy, collaboration, and bold ideas.
The Role:
Lead the planning, creation, and publishing of content across platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
Own monthly content calendars for a portfolio of clients (mainly B2B) aligned with their brand and business goals
Lead creation of social-first assets such as carousels, Reels, and TikTok, using tools like CapCut
Manage and mentor Social Media Executives, supporting their growth and content delivery
Brief and work closely with designers and creators to ensure top-tier content
Lead performance analysis and monthly reporting, identifying optimisations and key learnings
Support and lead on social-first activations, influencer briefs, and content shoots as required
The Candidate:
3+ years' experience in a fast-paced agency or brand-side social media role
Strong copywriter with the ability to craft content in line with varied brand tones
Proven experience in B2B social strategy and execution with measurable impact
Confidently managing multiple client accounts, timelines, and stakeholders
Experience leading or mentoring junior team members, such as Social Media Executives
