About the Role

Vita CV is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a UK-based business seeking a Social Media Marketing Executive on a full-time, fully remote basis. This is suited to candidates with previous social media experience who are confident planning content, engaging audiences, and reporting on performance.

Role Overview

The Social Media Marketing Executive will own day-to-day management of the client's social media channels, plan and schedule content, engage with the community, and track performance to support ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule content across the client's social media channels

• Draft engaging captions, short-form copy, and visual content briefs

• Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages

• Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools

• Collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaigns and launches

• Identify trends and propose content ideas that align with brand goals

• Maintain an organised content calendar and approvals workflow

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role

• Strong written communication skills with an understanding of brand tone

• Confident using major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X)

• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools

• Good visual eye and basic content creation skills

• Self-motivated and reliable in a fully remote environment

• A stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace

Desirable Experience

• Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or Canva

• Previous exposure to paid social or influencer collaboration
