This is a full-time, temporary position, ideal for an experienced teacher or an ambitious ECT ready to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.
📚 About the Role:
Position: Teacher of Social Sciences
Subjects: Sociology and/or Psychology (potential for Health & Social Care, depending on experience)
Key Stages: KS4 and KS5
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, temporary (with potential for extension or a permanent role)
Location: Crewe and surrounding areas
Salary: Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience and qualifications
👤 Who We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification)
Experience delivering Sociology, Psychology, or Health & Social Care at GCSE and/or A-Level
A strong classroom presence and the ability to engage and inspire learners
Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for the social sciences
A reflective practitioner who is committed to continued professional development
