We’re looking for a dynamic, inspiring Social Sciences Teacher to join one of our fantastic partner secondary schools in Medway this September. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher, if you have the passion and energy to make Social Sciences engaging and accessible, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering engaging, thought-provoking lessons in Social Sciences subjects at Key Stage 4 and/or 5
Encouraging critical thinking, discussion, and debate in your classroom
Creating innovative resources and using real-world examples to make lessons relevant and memorable
Supporting students’ academic progress and personal growth—being more than just a teacher, but a mentor and role model
Collaborating with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
What you’ll need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a Social Sciences specialism
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for teaching
Early Career Teachers are welcome and supported fully
