About The Role Engineered to Protect, that’s our promise, we protect what matters - our nations, our waters, our land, our cities, our people, our environment, our world. As Social Value Coordinator, you will integrate social responsibility and sustainability principles into our operations, culture, and decision-making processes, ultimately contributing to positive social change and long-term business success. Social Value Coordinator will be based out of either, Beckington, Bristol or Barnstaple locations. This role allows for flexible working The salary for this role is up to £43k, depending on experience. What you’ll be doing  Support the development and implementation of social value plans for projects and tenders, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer requirements Report social value achievements within the business and as part of contractual project reporting Based on social impact assessments and stakeholder input, develop a comprehensive social value strategy aligned with the organisation's mission, values, and business objectives Oversee the implementation of social value initiatives and programmes designed to achieve the organisation's goals. This may involve launching community engagement projects, diversity and inclusion initiatives, environmental conservation programs, philanthropic activities, and employee volunteer programs Identify and manage social value opportunities throughout the project lifecycle Oversee data collection and reporting of social value outcomes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations through the company’s chosen social value tool Assist with the creation of compelling case studies and communication materials to showcase our social value impact Monitor and report on progress towards social value targetsAbout our company At SEA, we develop and deliver advanced solutions to make our world safer, cleaner and more efficient.
