📍 Hull | Hull City Council
🗓️ Monday to Friday | 08:30 AM - 5:00 PM
💷 Up to £35.48/hour (Umbrella)

🧾 About the Role
Hull City Council is urgently seeking a skilled Adult Social Worker to join their dedicated team supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This role requires experienced professionals who can handle high-level casework and contribute to statutory processes.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🧠 Manage a complex caseload involving adults with learning disabilities, autism, and multiple needs
🧾 Complete Care Act assessments and statutory reviews
🏛️ Prepare detailed court reports and Ministry of Justice documentation
🤝 Work collaboratively with health, housing, legal, and community partners
📚 Uphold best practice and person-centred approaches in all planning
💻 Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using electronic systems
✅ Requirements
📘 Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration
✅ Significant experience in adult social care, especially with learning disabilities and autism
🧾 Confident in producing court-level documentation and working within legal frameworks
🏥 Strong understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding adults procedures
🚨 Available to start work next week - immediate availability required!
