Job Description
Connect2Socialwork is currently recruiting on behalf of a local authority in South East London for a passionate and experienced Social Worker to join the Locality Team within Adult Social Care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive team environment. The successful candidate will work across a broad range of adult social care needs, helping to improve the lives of individuals in the local community.
Key Requirements:
Registration with Social Work England
Ability to pass a satisfactory DBS check
Experience in case management and conducting safeguarding enquiries
Strong skills in assessment, support planning, and risk management
In-depth knowledge of adult social care legislation and best practice
Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
A person-centred, creative approach to intervention planning
Proficiency in using IT systems and maintaining accurate records
Strong analytical, written, and problem-solving abilities
