About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated EHASH Social Worker with 3+ years post-qualifying experience in children's safeguarding π©ββοΈπ¨ββοΈ. You will be the first point of contact, screening children's contacts that come through the front door πͺ, ensuring that children and their families receive timely and appropriate support β€οΈπ¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦.
Key Responsibilities:
π΅οΈββοΈ Screen and triage children's safeguarding contacts promptly
π Assess and respond to safeguarding concerns to provide the right support
π€ Work closely with partner agencies to protect vulnerable children
π Maintain accurate records of all contacts and decisions
π‘ Provide professional advice and guidance within safeguarding frameworks
βοΈ Work within legal and policy frameworks to promote child welfare
What We're Looking For:

HCPC registered Social Worker
π Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience in children's safeguarding
π Strong knowledge of safeguarding laws and best practices
π£οΈ Excellent communication and assessment skills
πͺ Able to manage a high volume of contacts with care and professionalism
π Commitment to supporting children and families in need
