About the Role:
Northamptonshire Children’s Trust is seeking an experienced and committed Social Worker to join our Court Team supporting Children in Care. This is a key role involving legal proceedings and direct work with vulnerable children during critical points in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of children involved in court proceedings
Undertake comprehensive assessments and produce court reports and statements
Fulfill statutory duties, including regular visits and case recording
Participate in hybrid working arrangements—your week may involve a mix of court attendance, Children in Care (CIC) reviews, and direct work with children and familiesWhat We Offer:
