Key Responsibilities As a Senior Social Worker, you will:

Assess risk and develop robust child protection plans

Implement safeguarding strategies using the Family Safeguarding Model

Work directly with children, young people, and families to reduce risk

Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to ensure best outcomes

Maintain clear, high-quality case recordings

You will enjoy autonomy in managing your diary while being backed by a friendly, experienced team.

 About You
Qualified Social Worker

Registered with Social Work England

Experience in statutory child protection/safeguarding

Confident managing caseloads within a multi-disciplinary setting

Passionate about improving outcomes for children and families
