Social Worker - Children with Disabilities
Northamptonshire Children's Trust
£38 per hour
Hybrid Working - 3 Days Office-Based
Northamptonshire Children's Trust is seeking an experienced and committed Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families, working within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cases involving Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care.
Conduct assessments of need, and oversee the provision and review of care packages and short breaks.
Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic support for children and families.
Maintain accurate and timely records, and contribute to planning and decision-making processes.
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
Experience in Children with Disabilities
Strong understanding of safeguarding, care planning, and statutory responsibilities.
Excellent communication, assessment, and organisational skills.
