Supervising Social Worker –  Compass Fostering  📍 Location: Whitstable / West Malling (covering Kent) 🕒 Contract: Full-time | Hybrid Working Available About the Role We are currently recruiting for a knowledgeable and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join a dynamic and supportive fostering team. Based in Whitstable/West Malling, you will manage a caseload across Kent, working in a flexible hybrid model combining office, home, and car-based working. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Social Worker to play a key role in influencing positive outcomes for children and young people, while developing your own career within a forward-thinking organisation. Whether you are an experienced Supervising Social Worker or looking to step into a new challenge, you will be supported to thrive and grow.
