Job Description
Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Social Worker for a private client in Northwest London and Stratford.
In this role, you will provide high-quality, trauma-informed case management to support young people with complex needs in achieving safe, independent futures.
Key Duties:
Deliver comprehensive case management, including assessments, support plans, and outcome tracking.
Coordinate referrals, move-ins, and placement stability with a focus on progression and value for the Local Authority.
Ensure safeguarding, statutory compliance, and accurate documentation across all homes.
Collaborate with multi-agency professionals and provide guidance to on-site teams to support young people effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
Qualified social worker with current Social Work England registration.
Experience working with looked after children, care leavers, or young people with complex needs.
Proven ability to manage caseloads, deliver assessments, and coordinate multi-agency support.
Strong understanding of safeguarding, statutory responsibilities, and relevant social care legislation.
