Location: County Hall, High Street, Newport, PO30 1UD
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 4+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 32.00 per hour

We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in handling court-related matters within an agency setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, providing support and guidance, and liaising with legal entities.
Responsibilities
Manage and support a diverse caseload of clients.
Provide expert guidance and advocacy in court proceedings.
Collaborate with legal professionals and other stakeholders to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
Conduct assessments and develop tailored support plans.
Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and case progress.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Person Specification
Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on court-related work.
Strong understanding of legal processes and the ability to navigate complex cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Relevant qualification in social work or a related field.
