Location: Civic Offices, PO1 2AL
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 21.53 per day

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive social work services to adults, ensuring their well-being and safety.
Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to deliver integrated care solutions.
Advocate for adults’ rights and access to necessary resources and support.
Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Manage a caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Person Specification
Qualified social worker with a degree in social work or equivalent.
Registration with the relevant professional body.
Proven experience in adult social care, preferably within a local authority setting.
Strong understanding of the legal framework surrounding adult social care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
