Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong assessment and care planning abilities
Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
A relevant Social Work degree (e.g., BSc Social Work)
HCPC registration is essential
Experience working within a learning disabilities setting is highly desirable
A valid UK driving license and access to a car is beneficial.We are looking for someone who is resilient, adaptable and committed to providing high-quality care.
