Role
Role & Responsibilities
As a Social Worker, you will be working directly with individuals facing mental health challenges, providing them with the support and guidance they need to improve their well-being and live fulfilling lives. You will be conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. You will be empowered to make a difference in the lives of others.
Main tasks include
Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and developing person-centered care plans.
Providing direct support and interventions to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Advocating for individuals' rights and ensuring access to appropriate resources and services.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
Participating in regular supervision and professional development activities.
Requirements
Degree in Social Work or a related field.
Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to providing high-quality care.
Strong case management skills.
Experience with developing care plans.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
