Job Description
We're Hiring! - Social Worker / Senior Practitioner (Children's Services) 🌟
📍 Location: Burton-on-Trent (Free Parking!)
🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
💷 Pay Rate: Up to £33.30/hour (based on experience & role level)
🏠 Hybrid Working: Minimum 2 days/week office-based (East Staffs Duty Hub)

📌 Pay Rates Based on Experience (as per MOU):
🔹 Band 1 - Social Worker (ASYE + 2 years): £28.55/hr
🔹 Band 2 - Senior Social Worker (ASYE + 3 years): £30.57/hr
🔹 Band 3 - Advanced/Senior Practitioner / Assistant Team Manager
(Caseload + supervisory/practice development responsibilities): £33.30/hr
💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle a varied caseload
✔️ Support children and families through complex assessments and planning
✔️ Collaborate with multi-agency teams
✔️ Contribute to the development of best practices
✔️ Mentor and support junior team members
