Job Opportunity: Social Worker - Special Adolescent 🌟
📍 Location: Hertsmere (covering Watford, Three Rivers & Hertsmere)
⏰ Hours: Mon to Fri, 09:00 - 17:00
💷 Pay: Up to £39 per hour
🏢 Hybrid Working: Office & Home (availability to be out daily if needed)
About the Role:
Join a busy, dynamic adolescent social work team focused on making a real difference in children's lives! You'll be working with children, young people, and families, managing caseloads and supporting through complex situations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct Child & Family (C&F) assessments
✅ Manage Child in Need (CIN) plans & reviews
✅ Lead Section 47 enquiries (s47 safeguarding investigations)
✅ Apply Contextual Safeguarding approaches
✅ Hold and manage a caseload, working directly with children and parents
✅ Participate in court work and direct family interventions
✅ Work on a rota including duty days and office days (Wednesdays in office)
