The Role
As a Soft Landscaping Operative, you’ll work on live construction and development sites, installing lawns, planting trees and shrubs, and ensuring landscapes look their best from day one.
What you’ll do:
* Turfing, planting, and general soft landscaping duties
* Travel to site from our depot near Basildon in a company vehicle
* Check PPE, tools, and vehicles are safe and ready to use
* Follow site safety rules and maintain professional standards
* Support your team to deliver quality Landscaping on time
What You’ll Need
* Driving licence (essential) – you’ll need your own transport to reach our rural depot
* Ideally 1+ year of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
* A solid work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all weather
Nice to have (but not essential):
* CSCS card
* Tickets for digger, dumper, or tractor operations
