Job Description
Copello are seeking a talented Software Developer to join a clients digital transformation journey. This role offers the opportunity to work within a small, agile team focused on building and enhancing internal applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain Canvas and Power Apps applications.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development cycles.
* Ensure all solutions meet Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.
* Integrate applications with existing systems and data sources.
* Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Demonstrated experience in developing Canvas and Power Apps.
* Strong coding skills within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and GDS delivery principles.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
* Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection principles.
* Previous experience working on public sector or government projects.
Contract offered on an initial 6 month basis, Inside IR35
