The Role:
As a Software Developer you'll be working on a range of bespoke software applications that support our internal design and manufacturing systems. Projects span the full software lifecycle-from concept and development through to testing, delivery, and maintenance.
This is a hands-on role for developers who are passionate about clean, maintainable code and enjoy working closely with engineering and operations teams to build effective, user-focused tools.
What You'll Be Doing:
Designing, developing, and supporting business-critical software applications
Working on bespoke systems that support design, manufacturing, and production
Writing high-quality, maintainable code aligned to specifications and business needs
Supporting system integration and contributing to test planning
Maintaining and designing SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and functions
Producing documentation to internal standards
Troubleshooting issues, resolving bugs, and analysing data discrepancies
What We're Looking For:
3-4 years of professional experience in software development
Solid understanding of the SDLC in a manufacturing or construction context
Strong proficiency with:
C# / .NET Framework
Blazor
