Senior Software Engineer
Huddersfield | Hybrid | Award Winning SaaS Company
Frontend: ReactJS / React / TypeScript
Backend: .NET (C#), Web APIs, background jobs
Data: SQL Server, Cosmos DB / MongoDB
Platform: Azure, Kubernetes. Docker, Terraform, TeamCity The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Engineer to help build reliable products that make a real difference. You’ll lead by example across frontend, backend, data and cloud, shaping technical decisions and mentoring others.
Design and ship high-quality features across the stack
Own end‑to‑end slices: discovery, design, build, QA, release and measurement
Collaborate in cross-functional Agile squads with QA, Product and Data to deliver value
Improve CI/CD, observability and IaC to make shipping fast and safe
Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing and knowledge sharing
Contribute to technical strategy, standards and roadmaps
Troubleshoot production issues, driving root-cause fixes and preventionJoining a small team, you will have responsibility for architecture, build, deployment, testing, observation and support. Hybrid working with an expectation to be in the office at 1-2 times a week, or for any relevant meetings / workshops.

We don’t expect you to be an expert at every technology and will likely have a strength area. You’ll be willing to learn across the whole tech stack.
