We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Software Engineer who’s passionate about turning complex visual data into powerful, real-time solutions. This is your chance to make a real impact where your ideas won’t just be heard, they’ll be built into the core of the product.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Designing and implementing advanced image processing algorithms
Writing clean, scalable, and well-documented C code
Collaborating closely with stakeholders to shape and refine requirements
Optimising performance for real-time and high-resolution processing What You’ll Bring:
Strong C skills for high-performance development - open to other languages
Deep knowledge of image processing techniques: edge detection, filtering, segmentation, colour correction, and more
Experience with 3D reconstruction: stereo vision, point clouds, marker detection, image mapping
Expertise in camera calibration (intrinsic/extrinsic models)
Familiarity with camera control protocols: GigE Vision, CoaXPress, GenICam'Apply Now' or reach out to Ellie at Orion Electrotech
