We're working with a rapidly growing company seeking a hands-off Software Engineering Leader to guide and inspire a talented, multi-skilled engineering team. Influencing wider tech direction and fostering a strong engineering culture.

Proven experience in leading high-performing engineering teams.
Solid technical background, ideally in software or data engineering.
Deep understanding of modern engineering principles (TDD, CI/CD, OOP, cloud infrastructure).
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire top talent.
