Solar PV Electrician
Manchester
£40-45,000

Details:

  * Covering Manchester and surrounding areas

  * Monday - Friday

  * Overtime available

  * Van + Fuel card provided

Role:

We are looking for an experienced Solar Electrician to join our growing renewables installation team. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of solar PV systems, with some work including battery storage, EV chargers, and wider renewable technologies

Responsibilities:

  * Installing rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems

  * Wiring, connecting, and commissioning inverters, battery storage units, and associated equipment

  * Completing basic electrical upgrades and remedial work

  * Troubleshooting system issues and carrying out maintenance/repairs

  * Diagnose and repair faults on solar arrays, inverters, and associated electrical systems

  * Working at height and following all relevant safety procedures

  * Providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear job documentation

Requirements:

  * Over 3 years experience with Solar PV Installations

  * Level 3 Electrical (Or equivalent)

  * Strong communication skills
