Solar Site Manager - Germany | €400/day | Freelance
We are looking for experienced Solar Site Managers to oversee solar construction projects across Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations, including scheduling, resource coordination, subcontractor management, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
You will monitor progress against project plans and budgets, identify and address any issues on-site, and ensure work is delivered efficiently and to specification. Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at once are essential.
The role requires travel across Germany, as projects are spread nationwide. Candidates should have proven experience in solar or renewable energy construction and a practical approach to problem-solving on-site.
