Soldering Operatives Wanted – Temp to Perm
Location: Waterlooville
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour
Type: Temporary to Permanent
We’re hiring skilled Soldering Operatives to join a growing team working on large-scale projects using PCBs. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy hands-on work, and want long-term opportunities, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
Soldering components onto PCB boards
Following technical drawings and build instructions
Quality checking your own work
Supporting the production team on exciting, high-profile projects
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in soldering (especially PCB work)
Good attention to detail
Reliability and a positive work attitude
