Position Title: Solderer
Location: Rugby
Contract Type: Temporary on going
Working Hours: Flexible hours either 4 or 5 days
Pay Rate: £negotiable DOE
Key Responsibilities
* Perform hand soldering of electronic components, wires, and assemblies
* Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
* Inspect solder joints
* Maintain clean workstation
* Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily output targets
* Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in soldering within electronics, PCB assembly, or similar manufacturing environments
* Ability to work with fine components and demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination
* Understanding of quality control processes and basic electrical testing
* IPC-A-610 certification (desirable but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
