🕒 Permanent | Full Time
Hours:
Monday-Thursday | 07:00 - 16:00 (with 30-minute lunch)
Friday | 07:00 - 11:15 (hello, early weekend!)
🛠️ About the Role
As a Soldering & Assembly Worker, you'll play a key role in the heart of our manufacturing process - assembling and soldering components that bring our bespoke lighting products to life.
You'll be:
Assembling and wiring products with care, precision, and attention to detail
Hand-soldering wires to printed circuit boards
Mixing and filling electronic assemblies with 2-part resins
Testing and quality-checking your finished work
Managing your own workload while collaborating with your team leader
Helping us maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environmentProduct training will be provided - but your steady hands, problem-solving mindset, and passion for craftsmanship will be what set you apart.
⚙️ What You'll Bring
Experience in electrical wiring, soldering, or assembly
Ability to read wiring and assembly drawings
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Comfort using hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, soldering irons)
A team player who's flexible and proactive
Excellent communication skills
