Soldering Technician

£27,000 – £30,000

Actio Recruitment is looking for a skilled and detail‑driven Soldering Technician to join a cutting‑edge electronics manufacturer based in the Salisbury area. If you take pride in producing high‑quality PCB assemblies and enjoy working with the latest technology, this role will suit you perfectly.

The Role

  * Hand assembly and soldering of PCBs

  * Surface‑mount soldering down to 0402 component size

  * Through‑hole and SMT component placement by hand

  * Preparation of PCBs

  * Visual inspection rds

  * PCB rework, modification, and component replacement

What You’ll Need

  * Confident soldering skills with fine‑pitch and miniature components

  * Experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or repair

  * Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach

  * Ability to follow technical drawings and work to high standards
