Soldering Technician - Electronics (IPC Certified)
Hemel Hempstead
Are you an experienced Soldering Technician with over 10 years' hands-on expertise in both Through Hole and SMT soldering? Are you looking to join a well-established and growing Contract Electronics Manufacturer (CEM) in Hemel Hempstead?
We're currently looking for a highly skilled Soldering Technician to join a dynamic and quality-driven team. You will play a key role in the production and rework of high-quality electronic assemblies, supporting a wide range of customers and industries.
The Role:
Precision soldering of both Through Hole and SMT components to IPC standards
Carrying out complex rework, modifications, and repair of PCB assemblies
Working from assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials
Ensuring high standards of quality and compliance at all times
Supporting production and engineering teams with technical expertise
About You:
10+ years' experience in electronics manufacturing
Proficient in both SMT and Through Hole soldering & rework
IPC certified (IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-7711/21 highly desirable)
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of quality requirements
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
Team player with a proactive and flexible approach
