Soldering Technician – Slough
Full-Time Up to £24,600 per annum (DOE)

We’re looking for Soldering Technicians at all levels of experience to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in the Slough area. If you’ve had some exposure to electronics and think you could pass a soldering trade test, we’d love to hear from you!
The Role
As a Soldering Technician, you’ll work within a team responsible for all aspects of conventional through-hole soldering and assembly.
Key duties include:
Hand soldering and assembling electronic components
Preparing kits and maintaining production quality
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and bills of materials
Maintaining excellent standards of accuracy and housekeeping
Supporting inspection and other production activities as neededStrong attention to detail, good hand–eye coordination, and pride in your workmanship are essential.
What’s on Offer
Salary up to £24,600, depending on experience
37-hour working week
Mon–Thu: 07:30–16:00 (½ hour lunch)
Fri: 07:30–12:30 (no lunch)
25 days holiday bank holidays (with extra days for long service)
