Salary: £100,000–£150,000 + performance-based incentives
Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days in-office)
Experience: Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 10+ years PQE
Client Following Required: £250k–£500k+

The Role – Corporate & Commercial Solicitor
As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, you’ll:

Lead and manage your own high-quality client base

Handle a mix of corporate, commercial, and advisory work

Play a key part in the firm’s risk management strategy (their fastest-growing area)
*
Collaborate with firm leadership on internal compliance, SRA regulations, and PI insurance
*
Oversee and work alongside a growing national and international consultant base
*
Be embedded in the firm’s long-term growth and leadership journey
What We’re Looking For
To thrive as a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor in this role, you’ll need:

10+ years' post-qualification experience as a corporate commercial solicitor
*
A client following of £250,000–£500,000+ in annual billings
*
Strong commercial awareness and a practical, solution-led approach
*
Interest or experience in risk and regulatory matters
*
Background in a top-tier private practice or recognised commercial firm
*
Personable, client-focused attitude with no ego
*
Excitement about long-term growth – not a stopgap move
