Flexible freelance opportunity for England & Wales qualified lawyers to approve settlement agreements for employees (fully remote, UK) This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor looking for flexible, fully remote work from anywhere in the UK. Our client, a respected commercial law firm, is expanding it's panel of freelance legal professionals to provide independent legal advice to individuals receiving Settlement Agreements. There is total transparency on funds in their office account, and you will be paid promptly upon their receipt of funds. What you need * Admitted in England & Wales and registered to practise (or able to renew your practising certificate immediately). * Some familiarity with employment law is helpful, but deep expertise isn’t required. * Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach when speaking with clients. * IT literate with the existing ability to work remotely using phone, video call and email – stable broadband and mobile reception are essential. * Daytime availability to respond to incoming enquiries the team book into your calendar. * The existing right to live and work in the UK without restriction. * Charm – the success of the role will depend to a degree on your ability to inspire referrals.
