An award-winning Service Provider is looking for a dynamic Solutions Architect to join their growing team. This hybrid role is based out of their vibrant Reading office, with 2–3 days per week on-site to allow for hands-on collaboration and learning from senior technical leaders. Due to this Applicants must currently be based in the UK.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, up-and-coming Solutions Architect or a Senior Engineer with experience designing IT solutions and looking to take the next step.
As a Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in shaping technical strategy, producing high-quality solution designs, and supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop solution architecture and high-level designs across Software, Networks, Infrastructure, and Cloud.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
* Work cross-functionally with Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Networks, and Cloud teams to ensure integrated outcomes.
* Lead and coordinate programmes of work to facilitate project success.
* Provide clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients.
* Gain exposure to enterprise-level solution design through close collaboration with senior architects.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience designing IT solutions across at least two of the following domains: Software / Applications, Networks / Connectivity /IT Infrastructure / OSS / BSS platforms / Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)
* Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in a Service Provider, ISP, or Telco environment is desirable.
* A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and passion for technology and architecture.
