Job Description
Insight Executive Group are working with a global FM service provider who are looking for a Solutions Manager. This is a permanent role, working across the UK with hybrid working available with a starting salary of up to £85k.
The role is working with the Capital Projects to play a key role in transforming the delivery of projects across the UK. It is a dynamic, client-facing role where your expertise will drive innovation, unlock value, and influence strategic growth.
The successful Solutions Manager will be responsible for:
* supporting high-impact bids and tailored solutions for new and existing clients with continued success in the built environment
* leading the development of client-focused project solutions across bids, tenders, and existing FM accounts
* acting as a subject matter expert, shaping winning strategies and integrating innovation into proposals
* collaborating with bid teams and project directors to resolve delivery challenges and enhance value
* identifying growth opportunities, track pipeline progress, and support the strategic expansion of the professional Services offering
The successful Solutions Manager will be able to demonstrate:
* experience in leading on the creation of solutions/account management/business development within capital project delivery or consultancy
* a strong technical background in construction or infrastructure working on projects of a varied size
* proven ability to shape project solutions for bids and tenders, working across multi-disciplinary teams
* excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with influence at senior levels
* comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment
* eligible for or willing to undergo Central Government Security Clearance (SC)
