This is a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes of a multi-million-pound lifestyle brand, helping them shape the way they source, deliver, and grow their product offer to their very loyal customers. You'll work across departments and continents, diving into everything from supplier performance and onboarding to cost analysis and global sourcing trends. What You'll Be Doing Supplier Management: Maintain and update supplier lists across categories, ensuring they're working with the right partners and constantly reviewing opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth. Performance & Reporting: Help to build reports that help track supplier performance, costing, freight terms (FOB, landed, etc.), and on-time delivery. Sustainability & Compliance: Support suppliers in meeting their ethical, environmental, and compliance standards. You'll be a key player in keeping their supply base audit-ready and values-aligned. Supplier Onboarding: Help onboard new, exciting suppliers while keeping all the right documentation in place-from contracts to capacity tracking to delivery terms. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Developers, Merchandisers, Finance, and Logistics to keep things moving smoothly from design to delivery. Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of global sourcing trends and explore new countries of origin (COOs), supplier innovations, and market shifts to support our sourcing strategy. What You'll Bring 1-3 years' experience in sourcing, buying, merchandising, product development, or supply chain roles. A sharp eye for detail and a love for data - you know your way around Excel and enjoy making sense of complex info. A proactive mindset - you're curious, organised, and ready to take ownership of tasks and challenges. An understanding of ethical sourcing, sustainability standards, and why they matter in today's industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and supplier networks. A passion for product - especially fashion, lifestyle, or retail - and the fast-moving energy that comes with it.
