Sourcing Engineer – Precision Engineering Excellence
Are you a Sourcing Engineer looking for a new role? Wise Employment are seeking a fantastic highly skilled Sourcing Engineer to join an exciting and rapidly growing company in Plymouth.

In this role you will be doing:
Source new direct components for NPIs, collaborating with engineering teams to interpret specifications and technical data.
Identify, vet, and qualify suppliers, using industry intelligence to strengthen our supply chain.
Drive cost savings and inventory reduction opportunities.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with sourcing policies and risk management programs.
Be a subject matter expert for direct components and support sourcing strategies.
Too be successful for this role you must:
Education: CIPS Level 4+ & Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
Experience: Strong understanding of the supply chain and mechanical engineering principles.
Skills: Negotiation, supplier management, business acumen, SAP & Excel proficiency.
Mind-set: Analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, and a great team player!
