Key Responsibilities

Develop deep expertise in the supply chains within your regional portfolio.

Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with supply partners to implement solutions.

Serve as the primary contact for long-term supply partners, managing effective communication and relationship-building.

Work with procurement to develop and implement strategic purchasing and budgeting initiatives.
*
Lead contract negotiations, manage supplier agreements, and drive cost optimization.
*
Conduct market research and analysis to inform sourcing strategies.
*
Support ethical sourcing diversification plans across global supply networks.
*
Assist compliance teams with due diligence, audits, and third-party verifications.
*
Contribute to new product development by coordinating with R&D and product teams.
*
Provide accurate supply chain data to support marketing and communication efforts.
*
Collaborate with foundations and stakeholders on philanthropic projects in sourcing regions.
*
Plan and host supply experience visits for key partners and stakeholders.
*
Represent the sourcing function at events and act as a liaison between global and regional offices.
*
Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
Qualifications
*
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree is a plus)
*
3–5 years’ experience in sourcing, supply chain, or procurement roles
*
Proven knowledge of sustainability or responsible sourcing frameworks
*
Experience working within international markets
*
Fluent in English and at least one additional European language
*
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% across Europe and sourcing regions
