Key Responsibilities
In this role you'll be:
Working 4 x 12 hour shifts (48 hours per week) on a rota basis, with only 1 in 3 weekends required
Running a high-volume staff restaurant kitchen
Providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
Managing and training a dedicated team
Ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery
What we're looking for
To succeed in this role you'll need:
Previous Sous Chef experience in a high-volume kitchen
Contract Catering background (desirable, not essential)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
