Michelin Star/3 Rosette Experience EssentialA rare opportunity to be part of one of London's most exciting new fine dining openings - launching within a renowned 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of the city.
We're looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef with proven experience at Michelin-star or 3 Rosette level to join our senior kitchen team as we prepare to launch a bold new restaurant concept. This is your chance to help shape something truly special from the ground up.
What we're looking for:
Michelin-starred or 3 Rosette background is essential
A confident Sous Chef with strong leadership and team development skills
Experience in high-end, fast-paced kitchens with a commitment to excellence
Passion for seasonal produce, precision cooking, and modern fine dining
Calm, organised and focused under pressureWhat you'll be doing:
Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
Leading and inspiring a brigade to consistently deliver exceptional food
Assisting with menu development and innovation
Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, compliance, and organisation
Upholding the standards and vision of the wider hotel and restaurant groupWhat's in it for you:
