As the Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with their Head Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, inspire the team and ensure that every plate leaving the pass meets our high standards. Key Responsibilities

  * Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management

  * Lead, train and motivate the kitchen team

  * Manage stock control, ordering and kitchen hygiene standards

About You

  * Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen

  * Strong leadership and communication skills

  * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
