We're recruiting a Sous Chef to join a friendly and professional team at a busy holiday park in Cirencester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef looking to step into a stable and rewarding role, with accommodation available and a great lifestyle location-just a short drive from Swindon and within easy reach of Cheltenham.
Working as a Sous Chef in this holiday park setting, you'll support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen, delivering quality dishes, and maintaining a positive and organised environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sous Chef in this holiday park kitchen in Cirencester, you will:
Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
Lead and motivate the team during service
Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Help train and develop junior team members
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Sous Chef, you'll need:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
Confidence working in a fast-paced holiday park or hospitality environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
A hands-on approach with attention to detail
