As a Sous Chef in Yeovil, you'll be the Head Chef's right hand, supporting all aspects of the kitchen operation - from mentoring the team to ensuring exceptional food quality. Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Lead and support the kitchen team to deliver excellent food standards

Ensure smooth daily operations and team development
