Key Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen by:
Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth operation of the kitchen
Leading the team during service and managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation
Training, mentoring and developing junior chefs
Managing stock, ordering and ensuring excellent kitchen standards
