• Craft mouthwatering chops and grill dishes that will leave our guests craving more.• Inspire and motivate a team of passionate chefs to deliver consistently high-quality food.• Be a part of a company that values its people and fosters a culture of inclusivity. Preferred Requirements:
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of passionate chefs.
Extensive experience in a Head Chef or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering consistently high-quality food.
Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation, ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen is a work of art.
A deep understanding of British produce and a commitment to sourcing the best ingredients to create mouthwatering chops and grill dishes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the General Manager to ensure seamless kitchen operations. Preferred Qualifications:
Formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
Extensive experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a Chophouse or Grill setting.
A passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable dining experiences for our guestsBefore You Apply
