We're proud to be working in partnership with one of the most breathtaking venues in all of Sussex. With stunning panoramic views and a kitchen producing dishes as impressive as the scenery, this is truly a destination to be excited about.
We are currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join this thriving and increasingly popular kitchen. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations, including managing the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensuring smooth service.
Key responsibilities include mentoring junior chefs, managing stock and inventory, placing orders, and handling invoicing. You'll also take charge of the pass during service and lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
