Sous Chef
* Salary: £35,000 - 38,000 per annum (Basic) + £8,000+ in gratuities annually (£43K TO £46K ote)

Our client’s esteemed characterful country pub known for seasonal, locally sourced food and warm hospitality. Now on the lookout for a Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated chef who’s ready to take the next step in their career and be part of a progressive, food-focused pub.
What You’ll Do:
* Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations during busy services
* Work closely with senior chefs to prepare dishes to spec and high standards
* Support junior kitchen staff with training and development
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
* Shifts: Wed to Sun (Lunch & Dinner Service) more information on request
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie with strong leadership skills
* Strong work ethic and passion for quality, seasonal food
* Ability to work well under pressure in a close-knit team
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
